There are hard money lenders out there who may loan you the money depending on your assets. If you own a house, for example, it will be easier to obtain a hard money loan. Without that kind of collateral, it will be nearly impossible. There are some charity organizations that may be willing to help you with things like your utility bills and such. Try to locate your local community action team. If they can't help, maybe they can point you in the right direction.
