You may not think you need what you learn in school, but believe me when I say someday it will help you out in life. Do you want a good paying job or one that pays minimum wages? Education is the key to a good paying job, whether you need to know everything taught in school or not. Stay with it if you want to make a good living. The more education you have, the more money you will make.

You migh tnot use it directly but you'll use it some way. For instance I HATE literature especially when you're talking about analyzing poems. But going through the process of picking apart the poem and finiding deeper meaning in the lines helps my analization skills. It helps me to look at things at different angles and to find different ways of approaching and trying to understand things which I KNOW will help me in life.

There are alot more classes that I have taken and wondered why i'm taking it b/c it doesn't DIRECTLY apply to what I plan on doing. But you'd be surprised about experiences or lessons that you draw from those experiences.

No. You will definitely need an education to have a good life. School is there so you don't remain ignorant. You should covet your chance to have an education. There are children in this world who don't even get that choice, and yearn to learn everyday of their lives and are stuck in ignorance. A world darker than you can't even imagine. Ingrate.

the point of school is for our parents to drop us off somewhere for 6 hours while they go make money to spend on us.
no, the point of school really is to learn basic knowledge that we might need a part of if we are interested in that specific field of knowledge. the rest of the stuff we learn is crap, but its always fun to sound smart! :)
