Forms to obtain Spanish citizenship?

I need help finding forms to apply for spanish citizenship. I know I am eligable because one of my parents is a spanish citizen. I need help finding application forms. I am under eighteen so I can still have dual citizenship with no strings attatched.

You should contact the Spanish Embassy. They'll send you all the forms you need. Since you are not in Spain you have to register your citizenship and obtain your passport through the Embassy.
