Measured 1/3 cup of brown rice, put it into a bowl with 5/8 cup of water and 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt. Put bowl in microwave on high for 2 minutes, 22 seconds, then power level 2 for 33 minutes and 33 seconds. While rice is cooking, put one organic extra large egg in blender with 1/4 cup organic whole milk and blended well. When rice is cooked, add egg/milk mixture, stir, and return to microwave on high for 30 seconds to pasteurize egg without cooking it. Let sit in microwave for 3 more minutes, then take bowl out of microwave and stir in 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup peanuts, 1/4 cup organic coconut flakes, 1/2 teaspoon flax seed oil, 1/2 teaspoon of Brewer's yeast, and 1/4 cup of water.

It makes a very nutritious breakfast, which I have virtually every morning. I'm 57 but look and feel like 39. Bon appetit.

Edemame. A lot of protein and good carbs to give energy for the day. Also, sooo easy to make. Just take frozen edemame from the bag, pour in boiling water for 5 minutes and VOILA. .....
