Pinched nerve poor circulation neither real good.

You don't say what you get in your arm..do you need to see a Bowen practitioner (more gentle than chiro) to see if the circulation is being stopped at the neck .. or are you sleeping on it leaving it uncovered..Not really enough information

If you are having an uncomfotable feeling, some tingling, and its cold to touch you maybe be having poor blood circulation for some reason, or maybe a pinched nerve.
