I don't think you want to seriously know what it is!

That's the funny thing. All sorts of kids love that stuff, but if you told them what it was made of, they might change their minds.

Gelatin is derived from animals. Gelatin is what gives Jell-O it's jelloness, its shape, its jiggle.

Basically you get gelatin from boiling bones and/or the skin of animals.

ummmm....well...does it grow on a tree, bush or any other plant??? i don't think so....so it MUST not be a fruit. :)
