Also plants are part of the animal kingdom so would i be able to fit every type of plant on my ship and since it's going to rain for 40 nights and days, would I br able to provide artificial light so that the plants don't die even though artificial light won't be invented for another 4,000 years.

Creationists usually try to avoid dealing with the issue by arguing that only two of each ‘kind’ (i.e., winged critters, reptiles, etc.) were evacuated. Of course it is a goofy argument, but then, the whole thing is a goofy idea, and so what else can you expect?
Another interesting issue is that the earth would have had to be without topographic relief at the time of the flood. Otherwise, in order to cover all the mountains there would need to be water more than six miles deep (to cover Mount Everest, for example). One can only imagine the lunar effect on such as mass of water. Maybe Noah did some upper atmospheric surfing while he was waiting for the rain to stop.

Think about it. What kind of mean and sadistic God would create all manner of live and then kill (by drowning no less) almost every last living thing he had created?

yes you could...
Genesis 6:15 in the Bible tells us the Ark's dimensions were at least 135 meters long (300 cubits), 22.5 meters wide (50 cubits), and 13.5 meters high (30 cubits). That's 450 feet long, 75 feet wide, and 45 feet high! It could have been larger because several larger-sized cubits were used. But the 45-centimeter (18-inch) cubit is long enough to show the enormous size of the Ark.
(A cubit was the length of a man's arm from fingertips to elbow.)

Well, Noah, you could do it if it was cubit. Cubit were more like yard than feet and it is thought that you could do all animals, but then you run in to the whole incest issue with the animals. You would need to keep a good breading population of each specise so you would be needing around 20-30 of each animal. That makes it impossible to do then unless you got only baby versions of the animals and they were all in a deep sleep the whole dang time. You would have issues with incest with your family as well when you went to repopulate the world with humans. You would need to have a breeding pop of them as well.
As for plants you would only need to have the seeds. A bag of seeds for every plant on earth. You would still have room for food goods for your human crew to eat.

Think about it. If God can command the animals to rendezvous at the ark He can certainly command the plants to go to seed or send out spores to reproduce the next generation.
There would also all manner of flotsam floating about that would be edible.

Noah was not asked to bring plants. As far as the animals, it says nothing of it being mature, full grown animals. There probably were some very young species brought aboard.
Mat 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Not the biggest problem, it is undebatable consensus that a boat that size made solely out of wood would have cracked and sunk in the minutes, even without cargo. Funny thing is the cargo would have weighed more than the boat.

There was probably less animals in Noah's time, so it was probably easier for him. Good luck for fitting all 'em animals! Remember Noah's Ark should've been a miracle!

If you could build that ship, you could probably do anything. Where you'd sail it is a better question. Your biggest problem wouldn't be fitting all the animals, it would figuring out where to dump all the poo you're going to be knee deep in.
