I can totally understand what you are going through right now. Making a decision like this is never easy. The best advice that I can give you is to follow your heart. Is it easier to let one go than letting the other go? Also you should think about the guy that is really good to you... do you mainly hang out with him when you and the "roller coaster guy are at odds?" If this is the case you might want to think about everyones feelings in the situation and what everyone really wants. If the relationship with the "roller coaster" guy has no chance of ever being a healthy relationship it may be best to cut your losses... but that doesn't mean that you necessarily have to go back to the guy that is good to you. Your feelings for him should be based on your feelings for him and not his feelings for you. Whatever you choose you have to make this decision for yourself. I wish you the best of luck.

You shouldn't juggle 2 guys...it's unfair to them and to you. If you think you love the roller coaster guy, give it a chance, but be prepared to possibly get burned...what goes up must come down. With this other guy, sounds like he treats you well and given your feelings for the other guy, maybe you could love this guy, but it might take time...but you shouldn't stay with a guy just because he's good on paper....and just because the other guy never comes up...doesn't mean he's out of your mind...just means the nice guy is distracting you from thinking about the roller coaster guy. Decide if what you want is love? or just a good boyfriend/relationship? Maybe you can get both in time...who knows. Only you can decide how you feel...good luck

I think the one who you're on the roller coaster with should get the boot, because it isn't a full throttle happy relationship and most likely it isn't going to last, one day they roller coaster is going to crash.
The other guy seems like you two have a good chance at building a good relationship, and seems as if things will be easier on you rather than causing you stress.

You will want to keep the guy who is steady. Life is a ride but who wants to go up and down all the time on a roller coaster ride -eventually it loses its thrill. Don't settle for someone who treats you horrible, you deserve more. Explore a relationship with the guy who treats you with respect and kindness and remember to do the same.

Pick whoever you like best. No one can't answer this question exept for yourself. You know how you feel; you know yourself more then anyone. I know it's a shame to give the other guy the boot, but just try to give it in a nice way. Also you could to cheer the guy up: offer to become friends. But also when you do give the boot, explain to him a lot of good qualities about him. So the guy who got booted isn't feeling as bad.

The guy who treats you right. Always pick someone who's going to be good to you. After all roller coasters are fun at first but living on one my be nauseating.

Choose neither...
For the first, obviously you can see that you might be headed into a stormy relationship
For the latter, you're not that in love with him
Solution? Find a new guy that you actually head over heels in love with... and who's not an abuser.

Ask both of them 10 questions about you. But not things that are two obvious like your favorite color. Something like:
"If my mother had 1 week left to live, or if someone told me that in those two weeks that if I flew to Africa someone would give me 5 million dollars, but would never get the chance to see my mother again, what would I do?"
This test really shows how close they are to you, anf that they are not just with you for your looks or some other minor thing.
HOPE THAT HELPED!
