-nose job
-chin implants
-cheek implants
-braces or invisalign
-zoom teeth whitening
-brow lift
-upper eyelid surgery
-lower eyelid surgery
-lipo to the chin and neck
-laser resurfacing of the skin
-proactiv
-hair cut
-change hair color
-colored contacts (she said your eyes look dead and drab)
-lose the hat
-tone up the neck
-lift weights

but that's just for starters. after that, you should focus on what you want, rather than what you need.
