There is archeological evidence that humans bred with apes at some time 50,000 to 200,000 years ago. (true)

Since George Bush is living proof of what can go terribly wrong, the apes haven't been willing to try it twice! (probably true, too)

To answer your question--evolution is a random process--mutations occur at unpredictable times.

But here's a suggestion--try reading Darwin's "Oritin of Species" (it's inmost libraries and available on the internet). You'll find he didn't say that "we are decended from Gorillas." Or a lot of other things the creationists say he said.

you are on the wrong track
evolution works for animals ,but not for people
we were created by the Anunaki as a slave race to mine gold for them
by cloning and genetic engineering
the reptilian brain in out heads is a souvenir of Anunaki genetics.

all other pre-homo sapian humanoids lived at the same time near the same place ,Zimbabwe which are the oldest and deepest gold mines in the world ,they were mistrials of Anunaki experiments ,until they got it right and made us.
there were not of millions of years between them as evolution would suggest.
so we were apearantly seeded by exstraterestrials
the Anunaki appear in legends of almost all ancient civilizations ,from Africa,India ,China, babylonia ,and even Europe(england)
the Dragons ,Serpants ,Demons ,and Devils all represent them

the story of Adam was the symbolic story of the creation of this race (not just one man)

the snake in the garden of eden was Enki the only Anunaki who wanted humanity free and independent
and he was depicted as evil by the real evil Anunaki in power
their evil descendents the illuminati to this day try to control and enslave a large part humanity,by organised religion ,and keep them divided by the wars they create so that cultures can be more easily ruled .
but dont tell Christians this they have been programmed ,that this can never be true .

their denial of Aliens as forefathers or Gods is unreasonably and inexplicably violent,
even though Genesis and other historical accounts from all over the world suggest of exstraterestrial interaction at the dawn of civilization.

Your question is hard to understand. I think you are asking why you don't see evolution happening now if it has been happening for billions of years. You can't "see" evolution happening on the macro scale. You can observe micro-evolution (read about the peppered moth, Biston betularia), but macro-evolution (evolution that results in new species) takes millions of years. Its like asking why you can't feel the earth spinning. You know it is spinning because science proves it, but you cannot personally feel it moving because it is so large.

I hope this answered you question.

Darwin did not say that humans descended from Gorillas. He said that humans descended from other ape like creatures that are now extinct.

#1, genectically impossible, #2, no throw backs to that ancestory which could happen for any of a number of reasons based on the affects of cellular damage that could occur in our environment.
