If I understand correctly what you are asking.
I would want a woman who understands the things I like to research. I love to be seduced by intelligence & friendliness in a casual way. pretty like a girl and relaxed like one of the guys. If i want just a pretty face I'll just buy a magazine.
I guess it'll be ideal if all that intelligence,friendliness and beauty were wrapped up in a warm personality.

For ages it was the male who made the first pass towards the female gender. It was the male who tries to woo the female, and after all these eons or years it gets on our nerve to ask the female out. So we welcome the chance for the female to voice what she wants first. This is the new generation and with the passing of time, gender roles can change. Sometimes I just get too nervous and I wish some desperate good looking girl would just come up to me and start the conversation. Sometimes I get too afraid of being denied that I dont even try. I wish a girl would ask me out for once :(

Your answer is to find what he likes. What are his interests, music, skate board, bands, etc. People come together because they share interests. And maybe after two or three times at the same place, at the same time, it will click. Hey this person is cool, and fun to be around. Next thing you know....something happening.

guys have one thing and one thing only when they ask you out!
they want to have sex with you.
the asking out on a date, the dinner, movie whatever are all things to 'soften' you up so that he can bury his sausage in your hot dog bun.
so, on your date...look nice...dont put on all that accessory sh!t that takes forever to put on and take off. hopefully, you have a sexy body, so put on a cute simple dress. if you have nice t!ts, go braless. if they sag a little...put on a bra...one that is easy to remove for us guys. put on a hint of perfume. have a little make up (or paint it on like a whore) and youre good to go! all that is coming off after dinner anyway (if youre with me it is for sure). be feminine, ladylike, polite and please dont order everything off the menu. i dont want to hear you burping and f@rting all night after gorging like a hippo on my tab.
yes, there are less crude ways to say it...but the truth is a much clearer way to get ones message across...
