I found an english to polish translation site but the polish words appear difficult to pronounce , below is the translations you have asked for as written in polish - perhaps if she studies the words he will at least get the gist of what she is saying or she could print out notes and hand them to him . Below is the source site should you have further translations at a later time. Good luck to your friend !

English - Hey you
Polish translation - hej ty

english - come get in my bed now
Polish translation - przyjść dostać w mój łóżko teraz

English - I can't wait to bite you
Polish translation - JA nie może czekać wobec gryźć ty

English - you have the cutest smile
Polish translation - Masz ten bystry uśmiechać się
