Sugar lowers the immune system. If you intake too much sugar over a period of time , you will reach the TTL (total toxic load). The body will respond by becoming more run down then usual and susceptible to cold and flus', infections and arthrtis or any exsisting health issues. Eat as pure as you can and drink alot of water. I know a man who cured his arthritis by eating tonnes of bluberries and changing his diet. He has the inflammation arthritis. He has been doing 90% better since he follows a strict diet.

Yes, sugar could be a contributing factor, but that is usually only the case if you are diabetic...

Too much sugar in the blood (diabetes) can cause neuropathy in the extremities. This lessens the touch sensation (my feet are completely numb from the ankles down), but can cause the nerves to "burn" in your arms and legs. I notice that the arthritis pain in my thumb increases if my blood sugar goes up.

Check your blood sugar! You must know someone who is diabetic... ask them to check it for you.

You know the answer. The sugar cause the increment or the lower the sensation because the nerves are not working well.
