Okkk Sooo.. A Guy Gave A Note To His Friend To Give Me. And They Did This Before Saying Will You Go Out With Me.. And I Said No Cuz I Didnt Even Kno The Guy. But Then Even Before I Said No, He Said I Was Juz Joking Around I Never Wanted To Go Out With You In The First Place. 2 Months Later He Gave Note To His Other Friend To Give To Me On The Bus. And It Said Will You Go Out With Me Sorry Bout The Last Time... Well I Still Think He Joking Around.... He doesnt sound like he is joking. But when you told him No the first time, in order to save his pride, he said he was joking. Now he has the courage to do it again, just not to your face. So No I do not think he is joking. But if your not interested, you should write a note saying I'm sorry, but I'm not interested in dating you.

Why would you want to say something mean to him?
Guys rarely say they like someone if they don't really mean it at least a little bit. The only times a guy would joke around like that would be A, if their friends are making fun of them for it and they're trying to show off, or B, they're jerks.
I would at least see if the guy's being serious before insulting him and completely ruining your chances with him if he's really a nice guy.

why do you have to answer back in a mean way? if you don't like him then just ignore him. he hasn't done anything to you except ask you for a date.
if you must really answer, then just say 'thanks, maybe next time' or 'sorry'. direct to the point but not rude. the last thing you want is to be labeled a rude person.
