First, I'm a girl, and she's been a close friend since middle school. It's now senior year, and some things have taken place. She came out that she's a lesbian a few years ago, and i recently admitted to liking girls, too.
My problem is that i've developed, out of the blue, feelings for her! I don't understand it, i just know that i love her. But i don't want to jeopordize our friendship. Yet, i really reallly wish something would work out between us.
How should i approach this subject?

This is a tricky situation hun! I am like this with my guy friend. there are two ways to approach it.
1. Introduce the topic of kissing. Then as her if she thinks that she is a good kisser. Some how say: " Just for fun, to see who is the better kisser, lets just do a fun kiss." If she resists, u will know she isnt into u. This is a more physical approach.
2. If u want another approach, play truth or dare with a group of girls. Then ask her if she would ever date u. There is a direct yes or no.
3. More like #1 have spin the bottle and rig it to get her. Then u will get a definatly physical affect.

being dishonest with your friend about how you feel, and being "safe."

tell her how u feel and all the feelings u have for her and why and also find out what your friend feels about u and your friends feelings and find out if a date could be possible and take it from there
