You have a fast metabolism. Your food is digested before it has time to make any fat. You're very lucky!

My hubby is the same way, skinny as a rail and tall which makes him look even skinnier. Doesn't eat very healthy except at home. NEVER drinks water, only syrupy carbonated water in pepsi and coke. Eats fast food 5 days a week, and he wonders why he is always tired?!! Lucky devil never gains an ounce! Lucky you too! I always tell my husband to wait until he is 40 and his girth will catch up with him!

It's not weird--you probably just have a very fast metabolism. Be careful though--just because you're thin doesn't mean you're healthy. Thin people have heart attacks and cholesterol problems too. :( If you don't have them now, you could develop them at a later age.

maybe the reason why you can't gain is that unhealthy foods (junk foods) don't have any nutritional value at all. aside from that, they may cause your organs not to function properly esp if they are all fatty and salty. or maybe you are stressed all the time.

my advice is for you to eat healthy foods that includes veggies, cereals, fish, meat (for your health's sake), sleep at least 6 hours at night, and don't over-stress yourself.

check with your doctor, you might be having a fast metabolism rate. my niece doesn't gain weight at all, we learned she has hyperthyroidism.

No, it's not weird, there are a lot of people like you with a fast metabolism. Unfortunately I'm not one of them. Know that skinny people can also get high cholesterol and diabetes, so try eating healthier.

If you're under 30, it's probably youth. If you're 30 or over, it's probably genetics.
