So I have always thought the mailman at my work was verry verry cute. We have always made eye contact but this past two months he'll look at me more, and then smile really sweetly at me and check me out. And I think he is interested he asked one of my co-workers about me. But he has never said a single word to me not even hi ( I haven't said anything either ) . Whats the deal? I try to walk by him and smile at him or what not but ... I don't believe in making the first move, if he was really really interested he'd say something right? I don't know how older men act or flirt (he looks about late 20's or early 30's) and I am twenty. Help a girl out =) Thanks..

girls arent expected to make the first move BUT, when a guy gazes at you and he keeps eye contact then hes jst waitin 4 a smile, once u smile at him he'll keep lookin more. so after that wait a week, then while passing by "in a hurry" say hi with a big smile on your face and keep walking. After that he should get the point and ask u out or talk 2 u or smthn, if he doesnt then hes shy or afraid of being embarassed maybe.

most like he just wants to do you, you are younger and innocent... and since he isnt caring to make conversation with you.. he isnt to intrested by what you have to say or think, and he just checks you out...thus meaning, "i want to do you now".. and you giving him those flirty eyes back just make him more excited either give it time, or go and talk to him and get the doing it over with.
