Je voulais tout savoir or J'ai voulu tout savoir ( given by most online translators )

The answers above are correct if the sentence is complete. If it is part of a sentence like "When I was little, I wanted to know everything ", you need to use the imperfect tense.

J'ai voulu tout savoir.
(You can also say j'ai voulu savoir tout, though I think this has a slightly different inflection - can any native speakers confirm this?)
