No.There are many reasons why your gland are swollen,you could have a virus like the flu or a cold or strep throat or mono .There are other reasons also ,But the best bet is go to your Dr and let him check them out and have some test done.

No you can;t die from that but there swelled as something else is out of whack and that's making them swelled,,,,you better go to the doctor though ;to find whats wrong with you ;to cause the swelling,,,.,.good luck and get to the doctor asap,.,.,.,
