Well, there are several meanings for these words according to the context.
Was = Era / Estaba (verb To Be has two meanings in Spanish which are "Ser" or "Estar" Ex1: I was there= Yo estaba ahi. Ex2 = I was that person: Yo era esa persona.
Were = Eran / Estaban. Same as the previous one but in plural.
Has and Have = Tener / Tiene / Tengo. Unlike English, Spanish doesn't have a difference for 3rd person subjects but it is different because we use genders. Ex1: He has a dog = El tiene un perro. Ex2 I have a pet = Yo tengo una mascota. Ex3: They have a dog: Ellos tienen un perro.
Went = Fui / Fue / Fueron. Could be used for all persons and would be: Ex1: I went to the theatre = Yo fui al teatro. Ex2: He went to the theatre = El fue al teatro. Ex3: They went to the theatre = Ellos fueron al teatro.
Wore = Vesti, vistio, vistieron. Ex1 He wore a suit = El vistio un traje. Ex2: I wore a suit. = Yo vesti un traje. Ex3: Ellos vistieron un traje.
Been = Estado. Same for all persons. Been there = He estado ahi.
Being = Estando. Same for all persons.
Had = tuve/tuvo. Ex1: I had a dog = Tuve un perro. Ex2. He had a dog = Tuvo un perro.
He has done...
He has said...

Ooh, long explanation here. You're going to need some pronouns first. So here's an explanation:
In Spanish, the verb changes with what noun you use. I, you, he, she, it, they, etc. ALL of those have different versions of the verbs you're asking for... So...
...which one do you want?

You're not going to get a straight answer without some pronouns...No one is going to list the 5 different ways to say that for each pronoun
Who was? Who where? Who has? Who wore? who had? etc...
