Are you taking their word for it that they're natural blondes?

because they are naturally blonde but they dont stay like that for ever -normally- and their hair is starting to get darker (im a natural blonde ondim gonna stay that way )

They shouldn't be THAT much darker, but the sun does lighten hair, the extent of which depends on the amount of time the person spends in the sun. So it is possible, but it should not be a huge difference.

The roots haven't been exposed to the sun, which lightens hair.

because the roots are alive until about a centimeter down, and they are darker. When you get past about a centimeter the hair is dead and starts to lose color and "fade"

Jet black hair. I have truly dark brown hair and I think dark hair looks better. I may really like blonde hair.
