Prius is good, but I'd go with the Camry hybrid. Better range, decent room and awesome mileage for a family sedan.

i think it would be the concept Toyota FT-HS or Volta. 400 horsepower hybrid sport car that deliverys 30+ MPG

Ford Escape Hybrid.
Its hard to overcome the fact that one would have to drive over 30,000 miles just to recoupe the price premium.

I don't like any of them. They are overpriced, slow, complex and have a resale value of zero.
Not to mention they are just plain old butt ugly.
