first of all, I have asked her out and she said she would like to....when we are both available she never messages me first, but if i start a conversation she will keep it going, she will ask me questions or my help on something. I would just feel more confident if she showed enough interest to im me first.

Guys normally should make a move first. Maybe you don't show enough interest in her. Message her first. Girls need to feel flattered. Good luck.

Look, people feel comfortable communicating in different ways. Maybe she prefers face to face or phone calls over a message. Maybe you prefer an email or message rather than a text message. People are different.

She wants you as the man to initiate the contacts. Just do it and if she doesn't respond then that is a problem. If you two start dating for a while then she may initiate. It isn't a big deal.

Understood, but perhaps she is old fashioned and thinks the guy should be asking her out? Just a thought.

probably she doesn't feel comfortable messaging you first. Then she might not feel so comfortable starting a conversation first.You need to be the first one to talk first.
