I just got back from a track meet, I ran the 4x4 on the A team for the first time, someone else got injured. Ive run the 400 before but I havent dont it as a relay, I ended up at 53.7. I know this is a good time, but how will this place me in the next three years? Will I hit a wall?

There's no reason that you cannot get this down to 50. Depending upon how fit you are now, maybe better than 50. You'll win a lot of meets with a 50. You might also test yourself at the 800. If you have the fitness and stamina to last through the entire race, you might make a good 800 runner.
