I'm not asking if you believe in God or how you feel about religion. I'm just polling to see the type of crowd I am sharing this site with. No silly or hurtful responses.

Those who say they believe and do not worship in a church, why do you choose this method? (no judgement, pure curiosity)

Thanks for so many responses so quickly, I'm glad my question interests so many unique people!

Me! I'm a United Methodist: I attend church every Sunday and and am on the evangelism team there; I also lead youth group at a Baptist church and attend a college-aged Bible group affiliated with another Baptist church.

I attend the Christian Reformed Church, I was a former Anglican. I go to Church on the Sundays I don't have to work, I work in Health Care so I have to work every other week-end. I have served as deacon and prayer coordinator in the Church , but presently I am just attending. I enjoy a daily radio bible study that I try to listen to as much as possible. However, I am still growing in the Lord and need Him every hour.

Agnostic, have been to temples of all Big 5 faiths, and many different denominations within those faiths.

I've been to the Unitarian Universalist place in the next town over several times in the past year, and have attended Lutheran chapel services at my university (Valparaiso) out of cultural interest. Plus, the Christmas vespers concerts are breathtakingly beautiful.

If there were synagogues or mosques around here, I'd see what they were like too, but northwestern Indiana is not very religiously diverse.

(It's awesome how someone is thumbs-upping all the Christians who attend church regularly, and thumbs-downing everyone else. Way to show tolerance, dude.)

I'm hesitant to answer this question....I don't want to sound like I'm bragging. My pastor believes that we should attend church on Sunday morning and then again on Sunday evening and on Wednesday evening too. I can't make the Wednesday service because I work too late. But I do attend both services on Sunday. I also go to Foundations class on Sunday morning and Bible study on Saturday evenings. I read 4 chapters of the Bible every day and also one Proverb and one Psalm every day.

Ok Ruby, Church is a great thing my opininon is everyone should atleast go to a church no matter what affiliation they are to see if it is the right one for them and only God can really answer your question by opening their heart and entering them spiritually.
