Dar you may find this of interest until they post Sutton.CNN) -- Former U.S. Border Patrol Agent Ignacio Ramos is serving 11 years in prison for shooting Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila as he ran toward Mexico.
Aldrete-Davila was wounded in the shooting, which occurred after he allegedly ditched a vehicle containing more than 700 pounds of marijuana. Aldrete-Davila was granted immunity to testify against Ramos and his partner, former Border Patrol Agent Jose Compean.
The agents were convicted last year in the 2005 shooting incident near El Paso, Texas, and of then trying to cover it up. Davila was shot once in the buttocks. Ramos is being held at a medium- and low-security federal facility at Yazoo City, Mississippi. Compean is serving a 12-year sentence at the Elkton Federal Correctional Institution in Ohio.
The following is a transcript of a phone interview that CNN Anchor Lou Dobbs conducted with Ramos.
LOU DOBBS: How are you feeling?
IGNACIO RAMOS: I'm hanging in there, you know. As best I can.

It's a little long but well worth the read. I was so into the show I just went and voted. Sutton had me reaching for my guns.

Yes I did. Right now we are a little worried here. With El Paso being under Sutton's jurisdiction; will the 5 El Paso Cops involved in the fatal shooting Sunday be prosecuted? As long as Sutton is in control no Law Enforcement Official is safe.
Sutton did tell a BIG FAT LIE on the show. He stated that West Texas "LOVES THE BORDER PATROL". I don't know where he gets his information, but I do know that nothing could be further from the truth.

Yes I saw the show and did the poll. I thought Sutton was good enough to go on Jay Leno. Sutton must have some farmer blood in him, cus he sure spread the $hit.

in the adventure that they did not do it the day after 9/11 why could they do it now. Oh, to get reelected, for sure. regrettably the yank human beings won't ever convey sufficient stress for this to easily take position.

To bad the low life drug smuggler didn't get shot in the mouth.Better yet, shoot to kill, if these guys that are doing time have to be put in prison for doing their job, they might as well really have did something.
