If a fruit contains seeds, what was the minimum number of pollen grains that landed on the stigma? I think there's a rule about this....Thanks for any help you can offer.

The minimum is one pollen grain per seed.
However, that seems very unlikely.

It only takes one.

I think you're referring to the the tertiary ovule model. This is why one pollen grain can fertilize multiple ovules resulting in multiple seeds.
