I was raised Greek Orthodox and my wife was raised Southern Baptist. We both drifted toward Paganism in general and Wicca in particular before we met each other because we found allot of what we were taught in our Christian backgrounds was contradictory with itself and also how we saw the world really working. Wiccan beliefs fit us very well because it is more in tune with life, nature, and the natural flow and energies rather than constantly fighting them. In Christianity we both felt like salmon swimming against the current. Like what we were doing was not not in harmony with the natural flow of life.
Christianity (like many religions) keeps a strangle hold on it's followers by working hard to debunk other religions and prove them all evil. By doing so they keep everyone afraid of even researching other religions for fear of eternal damnation.
Wicca doesn't do this. Wicca believes that EVERY religion is correct to its adherents.
Wiccans are not evangelical. We have no need to go out and "spread the word". We feel that if our path is right for someone, they will find us. We don't have to convince anyone to join us.
Wicca does not ask for donations or tithing to be "good" in the eyes of the Lord.
It's not that Wicca doesn't believe in God, Wicca simply does not worship God in the same manner as Christianity. Wicca worships both God and Goddess as equals. That male and female are dependent on each other for life. That one can not exist without the other.
I hope that helps you a bit.

From the point of view of many Christians, any religion that is not their religion is automatically a bad thing.
Wicca, which is a more modern faith, generally states that all religions are potentially valid paths to the Divine and that religion is an individual choice, between oneself and whatever God/Goddess/Gods that person worships.
If you have any specific questions about Wicca, please feel free to email me. I've been Wiccan for thirteen years and teaching for five, so I'd be happy to discuss any topic you like.
Here are four good links about Wicca which might be useful in educating your family.
A relatively objective (non-Wiccan) set of articles on what Wiccans do and believe:
http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm
Another useful article:
http://www.religionfacts.com/neopaganism/paths/wicca.htm
A good site by Wiccans:
http://wicca.timerift.net
And the US Army Chaplains Handbook excerpt on Wicca:
http://www.religioustolerance.org/wic_usbk.htm
If you're looking to do some reading, I'd recommend "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham, and "The Triumph of the Moon" by Ronald Hutton. I advise you to stay away from anything by Silver Ravenwolf, for reasons outlined in the following essay:
http://wicca.timerift.net/ravenwolf.shtml
If you're looking for Wiccan services in your area, I highly recommend the Witches of the World section at Witchvox:

Just use the pull-down menus on the left to find individuals, groups, shops, and events in your area.

No, it is not a bad thing. It may be difficult to follow a religion that differs from your family especially if living at home.
Research the topic thoroughly before making any decisions.
We must each choose for ourselves.

Yes, it is if you believe in God. You don't say that you DO NOT believe, so I'm assuming you do but just don't like "the christian thing". You don't say why. Maybe you haven't found the right church. Who says you have to go where your family goes? Find a place of your own with other friends. But if you do believe in God, you already know that Wicca is wrong.

Yes, Wicca goes against God majorly because it is dealing with witchcraft, and that coincides with spirits, and demons.
I advise you to stay away from that, it is no good.
