It could be the makeup, moisturizer or maybe lipstick.Anything that come in contact could cause that. Also some foods can cause the reaction. Monitor it and see.Good luck

Pimples around the mouth can also be caused by toothpaste or any teeth whitener. It is a mild allergic reaction. Try switching brands and the problem should stop.

It could be some of the ingredients in the lip balm, your toothpaste that is causing an allergic reaction. It could even be a drink. Try different ones of each at separate times and see if you get help.

Cut out greasy food and do not touch your face with your hands. This will cause that (same thing happened to me and I went to the doctors for it) Treating them you can use clinque acne treatment. I love it and recommended this to everyone. You can check this out at boscovs.com. So far no one as complained or disagreed with me when using this product. Good luck.

it could be a greasy area on your face, try some deep pore cleansing and see if that helps. don't use anything that will strip "good" oils from your skin cause that could cause the problem area to overstimulate and just create more oils.

Go see a dermatologist. Maybe you can use the Biore Strips to remove any blackheads that may be forming.

Do you have an animal that you cuddle with, if so maybe that is what's causing you to get pimples.

if its not a pimple and doesnt go away in time, it is an ingrown hair and you must push or pull it out with tweezers and although this is painful it will heal and go away
