two different answers...rub it with toothpaste and wash your hands...the smell will be gone or wear latex gloves...works like a charm

Lemon juice is good to get rid of odors like that, and not as offensive smelling as vinegar tends to be (although that'll do it too, it just leaves behind a different unpleasant odor).

You may try some scented hand lotions as well (after washing) but i'm not sure how effective they'd be.

first quite smoking so you won't have to worry about how to get rid of the smell, but till then, wash them with strongly scented soap (four or five times) and then spray some perfume over it. Should cover up the smell real nice.

Wash them in soap and water. But you'll still stink - 'cause the smell is in your clothes and your hair. And to a non-smoker, like a parent, the stench is unmistakable!

It's going to sound weird, but - vinegar; it works every time. I don't smoke, but a friend did, and that's what he used.

You shouldn't smoke.

But soap and water are the best ways. You really gotta scrub.
