I find him really sweet and everything but the idea of having 11 ex-girlfriends scares me a little. He says they all left him for other men and he gets sad when he mentions it.
should I be worried? is it normal to have 11 ex-g/f's ?

No. Most of us would have stopped at about four or five and hated women permanently.

it depends greatly on his culture. some men, especially jamaicans tends to have many sex partners and would hav had 11 exes at age 30. if you are worried, get to know him a bit better b4 u get all serious and continue the cycle: i am sure u do not want to make the first dozen to leave him. of course if he is emotional, especially if he treats the women well, he is going to feel sad. maybe u can b a good friend to him along with a lover

I don't think he has "commitment issues." I think he just hasn't found the right woman yet, and it's far better to have 11 ex-girlfirends than 11 ex-wives. The fact that he shows sadness demonstrates a sincere integrity and appreciation toward each woman with whom he had a relationship. Be supportive rather than critical - who knows? Maybe you're "the one."

Do you believe him? Some guys use any excuse to get you
to feel sorry for them. Do you see other red flags? It takes
time to get to know someone well enough totrust what they
are telling you. Take it slow with this person. Maybe he is for
real and if 11 girls have left him, there must be a good reason. Be careful .

In my opinion it says something about his ex's be-
cause why would 11 women dump one man.

does he still live at home with his parents? has he had relationships that have lasted longer then a month? if not then i'd play it safe. it could also mean that he wasn't right for 11 women...it only takes 1 though.

there's 1 relationship rule almost everyone never follows... never talk about your past relationships, i dont think its abnormal to have 11 ex's but then again he could be chatting crap to you about how they all left him for other men... he seems a bit insecure, wait and see how it goes

You must have met my ex :) He could be in the Guinness Book for how many times he has been dumped, like they say love is blind (in my case I was extremely blind, literally and figuratively) but I am rambling. Did he say why he has 11 ex g/f??? Maybe he has commitment issues?? Good Luck.

who is counting and why???

I could count..I just don't care enough to...they know who they are..and I am grateful that I learned what I did from them..but after that life is too short to worry about the past..live in the present and plan for the future...but learn from your own mistakes from the past and enjoy life!! don't drag yourself down in all that..

I find it hard to believe every single one of his x-girlfreinds left him for another man. If it is true, then he must be bad in sheets or something really strange you wont find out until you are already with him.
