Yes. He's coming on strong and lavishing you with gifts because he wants to go to bed with you. He knows at this point in time, he doesn't have to deal with the committment or exclusivity issue and this is why he is comfortable wining and dining you. Also, he may be a real lemon, one that other women before you didn't want. Be very protective of your heart with this man and take it slow. Been there.

It depends on a lot. How long have you two been dating? Have you asked him about his ex at all and what happened with that? Maybe i knew a year ago that it was going downhill and just did not want to break her heart or something. It really depends on your individual situation. See if he sticks to his word. Make plans to do something, and see if he follows through. He may just be a big talker...the vegas and boat things. Find out if you can trust him. Best wishes!

Yes, you most probably are.!
Chances are is that he may always have like you
since you too work together and he knows quite
well and sooner or later he will leave you because
you were so easy to pick up.!
(No offence,I don't want that to sound Rude)
And that because you were so easy to get with, he
will probably start looking for someone more
sophisticated and takes more to impress.
Or perhaps it's true love and this is the beginning
of a long term relationship? take it from me since
it sounds cruel but it's to be kind, just be ready for
break up beacuse thats what it sounds like to me.!
"Hope I'm Wrong.!"Goodluck with that..('-')..

Sorry to say.... But i kind of think so...if he is ready to move on after a 2 year relationship in just one week then there is definantly a problem there. Maybe you should just give it some time and then if he is serious and your not a rebound girl then give it a try again.

It is a little quick but take it slow and be sure he is what he says he feels. Rebound, in a way but he new you for awhile now and if it feels right why not. It could be that he wasn't getting along with the other person cause of you . Good Luck!

It is a possibility. Keep that in mind, but don't let it spoil your enjoyment of the relationship. All that it means is that he was a little more emotionally vulnerable then usual when you met him- not necessarily that he is going to drop you once he feels good again.
I just celebrated my 2nd anniversary with a guy I met while he was on the rebound.

so you met this guy when you started there and he was beginning his relationship with his GF. Well...........maybe you are maybe not. he may have been disconnected from her a while before they broke up. what you should do is bring up why he broke up with his ex even if he doesn't bring it up. you see ....................you have to think that if he broke up with someone after 2 years and has moved on what do you think will happen if things do not work out with the 2 of you?

Yes, you're the rebound grrl.
I think you already know it, but you want us to tell you otherwise.
Here's a test, have great uninhibited sex with him right away and then see if all those other things come about...
