This problem is driving me nuts! Can someone explain to me how to do it properly! I just keep getting something wrong!

A nested IF function using the example =IF(A1="IN","Region 1", IF(A1="OH","Region 2", "Not Applicable"))
Enter the IF function in cell B1 and then use the fill handle to copy the function down through cell B7, Enter the following data in the cells Set 1: A1=IL; A2=IN; A3=IN; A4=OH; A5=IN; A6=OH; A7=IN. Set 2: A1=WI; A2=KY; A3=IN; A4=IL; A5=IN; A6=IN; A7=OH.

I had it right once but do not know what I did and cannot get it to work again! Please can someone explain to me how to do this type of problem! THANKS in advance for all help!

Let me rephrase what your teacher wants you to do.

Enter the if formula in B1. Copy and paste the same formula in B2, B3.. B7.

Enter the states as given.

The following results should shown if they are done correctly.
B1 = "Not applicable"
B2 = "Region 1"
B3 = "Region 1"
