its been three weeks since my ex-gf broke up with me. i went to her softball game today cuz it was close and cuz i really miss her and still cry over her at night. well we broke up cuz she just wanted to be friends. iv tried to stay away from talking cuz it hurts not having her as my gf. well today after the game she actually talked to me. i know it will work if she gives me another chance but im so depressed. we dated 4 months then she just dumped me. so my question is what should i say around her to let her know i still love her?

Bless your heart. This may sound strange and it may be very hard to do but this is what you HAVE to do ignore her. And when you see her speak and keep on going ,act like you are ok smile for real not that fake smile she,ll see through that and if you have a cellphone get one of your friends to call you when she,s around look at the caller ID and put the biggest smile on your face and say into the phone " no we,re just friends now of course I can. and if, she.s not there do in in front of one of her friends. You can only do this one time or she will know what you,re doing. anyway in a year you won,t even remember her name.

I think you should first not think of changing yourself for her cause that just...yeah - it will just make things worst. It's going to be hard to carry on with your life but i am afraid that is what you might have to do. The girl has made up her mind. Personally i think you need time away from her if you are not ready for a friendship. She probably knows you still have feelings for her since it was recent the breakup but give it time. If you go back to doing your own thing you never know, she might come crawling back and realize what she gave up but you gotta give her a chance to miss it ya know?

Unfortunately there isn't a good ending to this story. If she doesn't want to be with you for a certain reason, if you two get back together, then you will separate again for the same reason.
However it is a good idea to still be around her, she obviously still wants to keep in touch and talking to her will help you get over her easier.

ya.. you should try and see what she gets back from you.. tell her how you really feel like probably go out as friends first and then tell her how you feel as you move on to your "date" and then if she says she doesn't want to be your bf.. just respect her and her decision but if she still wants to get back with you see if it can work out again.. you'll never now..
