There's absolutely nothing wrong with a 15 year old dating an 18 year old. My boyfriend and I have been going out for 3 years starting when I was 14...I was a freshman and he was senior. I get really sick of stereotypes because even though a lot of times older guys do try to use younger girls sometimes they just fall in love with her. My boyfriend and I have never had any form of sex and he never pushes me to. We have a great relationship...better than most relationships where they're the same age. Sex between a 15 year old girl and an 18 year old guy is usually illegal as it should be but it just depends on your state. Honestly though, the police don't usually find out about your sexual relationships unless there's some form of abuse going on there.

well dating yea but sex no very few states will allow that. some say they will but usually they say girls can be with a guy over 18 if they are not a virgin. now how do you prove that if you have not already had another illegal situation. So in your case dating legal sex not. sorry

In the state of California it is and if you were my 15 year old daughter you would not be allowed to date til 17 then we would see do your parents know? I doubt it .

No of course not...it just seems like a big difference because of your age and how young the two of you are its the same thing as if you two were 35 and 38...its only 3 years and it just sounds like a bigger difference at a younger age

no you can't because your a adult and they count her as a kid they count people from 3-17 the same so you might as well date a 3 year old its illegal !

well in a way yea but no.........have u ever heard the saying age aint nothing but a number....well thats what that means...my friends doingit .and hes 18 and his dad is a cop nothings wrong with dating a guy thats 18

yes! if your parents find out they can report the 18 yr old guy to the police and he may go to jail if your parent's press charges. But if no one finds out, or no one minds, then it really isn't a big deal.

Hey, I dated a guy who was eighteen when I was fifteen. It's not illegal at all, as long as you're not having sex with him. Then it is illegal because you're a minor.

Yeah,both sexually,and dating wise. But in most cases,parents who don't care,don't really say anything,and press charges. See your parents opinion first.

Umm I would say that it is technically illegal BUT I think that age doesn't matter only personality counts
