this will sound really weird but the best thing i have found to stop a nose bleed is take a tampon cut it in half and put half in the nostrile as the tampon swells it stops the bleeding. good luck

Dont play with it
keep as much contact off as possable
the bleeding will eventually slow and then stop

ice......... it will slow the bleeding. Do not tilt your head backwards, or the blood will trickle down your throat and you can get nauseous.

Do not take any aspirans, that will thin your blood. Just keep constant pressure on it.
