What outdside parties could be involved in determining the outcome, if one party wishes to rescind a contract?

Rescission of the contract must be made based on the valid causes under the law such as gross violations of the stipulations in order to be valid.

Go to court and sue for rescission or seek arbitration or mediation. Otherwise, Im unaware of who else would do this.
