i really need to know if u can get custody of ur half brother

yes you can if you can prove your parents unfit and you are over 18

Any one over 18 can petition the court for custody of a minor. you have to prove the environment you can provide is better then the one they are currently in.

You can get custody of anyone, provided you get an attorney and file the appropriate papers -- and you're an adult who is self-supporting.
