maybe you should take a class in anger management. he might be setting you up for stupid things. you might not be compatible with him. or you may be suppressing something in your subconscience, something your not aware of. and your releasing it for dumb things.
your blood pressure may be too high, you may be taking a medication that's doing it, drinking too much? drugs? maybe you need to meditate.

Everytime you start to feel yourself getting mad for something you know is stupid, excuse yourself. ex.) "I have to go to the bathroom. Be right back," or "I'm going out to the car real quick." When you get to the alone spot, sit down, breathe for a sec and tell yourself you're overreacting and it's not worth the energy over something stupid. Wait a few more seconds then go back and enter the room with a nuetral, nice or flirtacious comment. ex. "We can go see whatever movie you want to see later," or "Did I mention how sexy you look in those jeans?" (just make sure you don't enter the room with a roll of the eyes or saying something rude or you just did all that take-a-breather routine for nothing.
Give it a try, at least a few times, and I bet you'll be surprised how much control you actually do have over the way you act.

Once you get comfortable with someone, it is common to take the little things in life out on them. Really, you just need to make a choice to lighten up and choose your battles.
Do you get this upset with other people too? If so, do you not blow up on them because you don't feel comfortable doing so? If you have concerns with your anger, it is not a bad idea to speak with a doctor about it. Don't feel bad doing such a thing, lots of people do.
Try walking away when he makes you mad and thinking about it before responding, this will give you time to cool down.
Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill.

omg girl!!!!!!!!! I thought i was the only one who did that!!!!!!!! wow it's such a relief that i'm not the only one lol
but yeah unless your boyfriend is like my ex (which i highly doubt he is) i would suggest you cut that out..my bf was such a sweetie and wants to marry me even after he knows im a total jerk like that so it's all cool wid us..but i dont know if your bf is that tolerant
i think i pick fights with my bf because i want our relationship to have some fun and zest in it..normally we act like we're friends except for when we make out..but other than that, our conversations are like "so hows everything going and hows work" ..we have no fun in our convos so i think to make it fun and interesting, i pick fights with him...and most of the times the fights really annoy me ..but i'm not annoyed at him..im really annoyed with myself for starting the whole thing in the first place
anyways..i think you should include some fun in ur life like go out somewhere special every weekend..be intimate and talk about your feelings..for me it is hard to talk abt ma feelings cuz i'm not like that..but if you're the type to let him know how you feel, i think you should tell him that you know that it's wrong when you pick fights with him but you cant help it and you're really trying not to continue that behavior..and that you love him
anyways..hope that helped :)

easy. stop being such a drama queen. if one thing goes wrong, the world isnt coming to an end. so relax, and if its not even his fault then dont confront him. ur just blaming sumthing on him that he probly had nothing 2 do with in the first place. its not fair to him. if its anger issues or sumthing, then maybe anger management sessions might help. just dont take it out on him. he doesnt deserve to be picked on so much 4 no reason. and if it does involve him, sit down and have a mature conversation with him. no need 2 argue, cuz a nice talk can do wonders. nobody likes to feel like evrything they do is wrong. blieve me, i know....just TALK 2 him, dont argue so much

You should find out why he makes you so mad.Is he easy for you to take your anger out on him?If he is easy about that, think about help to see if you need it with this relationship, or if you have issues with anger. Does not hurt to try. Good Luck!

I don't know what to tell you to do, but if you really like him I can tell you that eventually you will push him away. So just keep that in mind.

search yourself. those are hints that you are tired of him. subconciously you are finding ways to make mad at you and tell you that he can't take it anymore and wants to end it.
