Lately my boss has been constantly been starring at me,he sometimes walks by and will brush up against me,and he will be talking with others and will be looking at me.He will reach in front of me and never says excuse me or anything.He will stand really close to me when he talks to me.I am not sure what to think. I really do notice it with other employees that much.He seems to only do it to me only.

He's on a power trip. Especially the reaching without an excuse me stuff.
BUT - he should NOT brush against you ever. That is close to sexual harrassment. The looking and staring crap is just annoying, but seems harmless.
If he touches you, you should say something like "well, excuse me." but not in a funny or friendly way. Let him know, firm but polite, that it is rude. Be polite, he is your boss.
Don't put up with any sexual stuff. If you are both single and there is some attraction, consider a date. Believe me workplace romances, especially boss/employee are tough and alot of grief...

yeah thats kinda creeepy. thats no way to flirt. he probably likes u, but thats not flirting its being creepy lol.
