Splenda is created by adding 3 chlorine atoms to a sugar molecule. There have not been enough studies done to prove that Splenda is safe, or to determine the effects of its consumption. My opinion, and the opinion of most informed health professionals, is that any amount is dangerous (think chlorine bleach or swimming pool).
The question becomes why are you consuming it? If it is because you are concerned about calories and losing weight, you are doing yourself quite a disservice. Consuming artificial sweeteners have been shown to cause weight gain and weight retention. They interfere with your body's ability to break down sugar (which you will encounter in other foods). Use raw sugar; it has many nutrients that even refined sugar lacks.
If you are diabetic there are several natural calorie free sweeteners. Try Stevia or Xylitol. Stevia has been used in other countries for decades without a single side effect. Splenda has been reported to cause many unhealthy side effects in many people. Also, the fillers that are used in Splenda are made from sugar, but are not required to be included in the nutritional facts. These fillers could effect your blood sugar level. Try a search engine, and make sure that the sites you find are not supported by Splenda.

Hypernatremia is an excessively truly chance aspect, it's almost in which the frame takes in an excessive amount of water and it will have very truly headaches. Raised electrolyte/serum pottassium, center failure and so forth. But in a healthful grownup with healthful kidneys, if trauma, haemmorrage, center failure, and so forth hasnt occured to intent renal failure, then the kidneys will likely be ready to clear out what you installed, in particular when you excercise a ton and sweat it out too. So except there are any further wellness headaches, three - four litres is excellent. But if you do not brain a few further recommendation, PLEASE don't pass at the cambridge vitamin!!! ANY vitamin is a waste of time. For a healthful vitamin, you must be consuming small to medium foods most often. four and even five instances an afternoon. Each meal (aside from breakfast which must ideally be fibre wealthy), must include a balanced ammount of carbohydrates for power, (from potatoes, rice and pasta, and so forth) protien (from fish, bird, occassional pink meat is excellent, soya is well too) and lots of nutrients, minerals and antioxidants (sensible contemporary fruit and veg). Eat like this and be certain you're good hydrated (fruit juice is as well as water, any fluid counts, however a few fluids have unwanted side effects too, comparable to alcohol or caffiene wealthy beverages.) You could have a large variety of healthful foods with this, from Thai, Chinese, Italian, British, Indian, and so forth. Just be certain every meal includes balanced ammounts of those 3. On the intense part too, contemporary veg and rice and pasta is plenty less expensive than crappy junk meals! This does not imply you cant have chocolate or pizza/takeaway/and so forth, simply retailer them as very occassional treats. And hold up the excercise too! Good success!

I personally don't think you need to worry. Splenda is made from real sugar, minus the calories. Please, on the packeage of Splenda, look on the box for the toll free phone number, and give the company a call to their customer service dept. They will be able to answer this quesiton the best. Take care.

If you just want to be miserable, I'm sure there is some study out there that will tell you artificial sweetners will eventually kill you or give you a second head or something gruesome like that.
Freezing bottled water causes cancer.
Heating leftovers in plastic dishes or plastic wrap in the microwave causes cancer.
The microwave causes cancer.
Red meat is bad for you.
Fish is bad for you; mercury.
Pork is bad for you; promotes high blood pressure.
Meat is bad for you period; hormones and processing toxins.
Vegetables are bad for you; pesticides, processing ecoli contamination.
Candy is bad for you; refined sugar causes fat and tooth decay.
See?
Enjoy your splenda. Save some calories. I'm having about 8 packets in my two cups of coffee in the morning, like always.
You'll never get off this planet alive. You weren't meant to; something is going to kill us all...but I am going to live forever eternally. For now, I just enjoy life, bless me food and eat it.

Splenda and fake sugar is very bad for you, regular sugar is fine. Because Splenda is artifical, it is a very complex compound and your body has trouble digesting and breaking it down, and it either goes through your system, or worse, gets lodged in there until you cleanse your body. If you use regular sugar instead, you should be fine, though I might worry about your teeth.
