And, in an email awhile ago, someone said that I am a woman "DOC e G"??? Or maybe it was just DOC??? Can't remember for sure right now. What does it mean??

Thank you!

DOC = Denominazione di Origine Controllata
DOCG = Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita

Used for wines: means that denomination (the "full name" of the wine) can be used only by producer who got that recognition, and is strongly tied to a region; DOCG is more strict, is for high quality *inside* a DOC region.
Both certify where and how wine's been produced.
Then extended to other drinks and foods, and any other means :)
So "un italiano DOC" is "a true Italian", like the ones who actually live in Italy, not Italian American, a "Juventino DOC" is a strong supporter of Juventus Football Club, etc.
And you're a true woman, una vera femmena! More specific reason to say that to you should know by yourself, I suppose :)
Look also for DOP :)
