That's very poetic. To me it seems if you think you're no good after ex bf, or gf, you would have low self-esteem.

I don't. It is how you look at the situation that counts. You can either live in the past or in the present. I was totally furious last night and early this morning. But now i am moving on. Many fish in the sea. Any love can not be erased . While the good times can be remembered the ability to move on is very important. So why drown in your tears when you don't have to. If the good out weighted the bad then things would have worked out. Try thinking of it as just another experience in life.

Just give it some time. Get some distance.
The rule of thumb is:
One week of healing for every month you've been with someone.
So....if you were together for six months. Then according to my calculation you should be pretty much baggage-free, emotionally ready and fall in love again after around six weeks.

Ater we have a breakup with someone we still care for no one looks good to us, at least for awhile. We have to go through the grieving process and spend time alone. The
amount of time we need is different for everyone. Then one
day we just feel more like being more social and we start
slowing getting out there again. The alone time is hard but
a good time to get to know ourselves better.

People think that because the person that they were with decided to leave. People then feel un-important .. & Since they don't really seem to mean much to the person they gave their world to, then they think: "Why would someone else want me if they didn't?" .. & It shouldn't be like that.. but it is..
