How can i get rid of this nasty whithead?

I have a whitehead that stands out too much on my chin =[
How can i get it done without scarring,
i have neosporin would that help
what to do please!??!
no i dont want to buy any products now

pop it by putting a finger close to one edge and pushing down while using another finger to push over on the other side. make sure you get out all the puss so that it doesnt grow back. but dont try to hard or it will scab and scar.

if you really want to get rid of it, then sterilize a needle by putting it under a flame, wash the area really well and maybe even put a bit of rubbing alcohol on the area to sterilize it. Once you puncture the pimple with a needle, (making SURE not to touch it with your fingernails... fingernails have all sorts of bacteria to make the pimple even worse) then wash the area once more (the fluid inside the popped pimple is full of bacteria that is not good for your skin). Once you are all done, top it off with some sort of antibacterial cream, i am not sure if neosporin would help or not but its possible that it could. But i dont know, i would check it out before trying.

You can apply a warm cloth to bring it to it's fullest head and then put toothpaste on it before you go to bed. Popping pimples will leave an eventual scar...the pore gets larger. If this does not work you might have a small cyst which will need to be removed in the doctor's office. It's a simple procedure and then it won't come back. Try the toothpaste first.
