Could be:

Try including rice with every meal. Rice almost never causes an allergic reaction. Rice naturally absorbs moisture in your digestive tract.

The cause, Eating. The cure, no eating. And, that won't work. You need food for the energy to get going and keep going every day. It starts with your mouth, the digestive system starts with the saliva, and on down to the bowels, etc. As you chew your food, drink your beverage, it gets going, and keeps going until out the other side. I hope this helps answer your question. Take care.

Crohn's Disease will do that. Basically, you can have an ulcer anywhere in your digestive system, from the top of the stomach to the bottom of the colon. The farther down it is, the worse it is. "Crohn's Disease," a.k.a., Irritable Bowel Disorder (IBD) is ulcers in the intestines. These ulcers then do not digest as well, and food can end up slipping past more quickly. Have yourself checked out.

Congratulations! If you are eliminating about an hour after you eat you have a very healthy digestive system. Why would you want to cure that?

irritable bowel syndrome, usually
Eat less, smaller amounts, 5 times a day or more
Read up and see if sodas, tomato sauces, spices, etc may be somewhat allergic to your stomach and bowels
Take imodium if it gets really bad. Then get a gut check.
You are expected to pay attention to your diet and keep a record of what you ate and how soon you had to go.
No one else will figure this out. You are your first, best doctor.
