I'm pretty sure it was an Indonesian dialect Javanese and i think the meaning is "Sooner or later I'm getting used using "lu - gue" (meaning "you - me" in other Indonesian dialect) with my friend"

That sentence comes from the website I listed, which is in Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian). I don't know what it says, though.
