You are under stress, does your mom take seizure medications? If she does and is still having seizures her meds. may need to be adjusted, as for yourself stress adds age and depression to your life, holding your emotions in is not the best thing, you have to find a way to get them out, maybe your Dr. can help you out with some temporary medication, if you do not want to go that route, than seeing a counselor really helps, they have ways for you to get your emotions out. Good luck and take care.

Bra, we men always keep our emotions in, and that is a big problem for us. It is what we do and how we cope, and it is a big problem maker. If you have 2, then do what I have done and see a therapist, she/he can help you unlock and release your emotions. The stress of what you are going thru has 2 b released or, believe me, you will feel the effects of it. And maybe your ma does need her meds adjusted, tho I cannot say cuz I have never known an epileptic.
