was staring at me constantly today as he walked across the street with his friends at lunchtime, yet when he got into the levator with his co worker, co worker said hello to me (he knows that I like him) and my crush just looked at me and didnt say anything, and oh yeah he was leaning against the elevator wall in his flirty, "Im sexy" pose...LOL! What gives with this guy? He gives me all kinds of mixed signals. Immaturity? Hes been doing little things to give me subtle hints lately, like starting to park his car next to mine everyday...

Play his cat and mouse game, pretend you don't get it, make him work harder to get your attention. It should be a treat to watch. Have fun with it! Make him come right out and ask you out if he's going to. He may just like making you squirm. Make him YOUR plaything. Good Luck! =)
