As an artist, I use a Polaroid 600 camera to take referance shots. The plastic lens simple camera just barely cuts it. I have a Yashica 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 double lens reflex camera that takes 120 film and a Graflex Nortia that takes the same. The format is almost the same size as Polaroid 600. I also have a couple of Nikon 35 mm's. Is there not an attachment that snaps onto the back, allowing me to take instant, high quality Polaroid 600 photos? Also, anyone know if they make Polaroid 600 film in Black and White?

To begin Polaroid as well as Fujifilm make all kinds of black and white instant film for medium format and large format cameras.
In terms of your particular camera they don't have a polaroid back for it. However most medium format cameras with detachable film magazines have polaroid backs. Hasselblad, Mamiya, and Bronica are the names of a few manufacturers which have cameras that can accept polaroid backs. However, in terms of the best black and white polaroid film, I suggest polaroid 55pn. However the thing is that this film is only available for 4x5 view cameras. If you are considering a new or used camera I would suggest going to Keh.com, they have some pretty good prices there.

I'm pretty sure there is. I used to work for a photographer who used Hasselblads, and he had a Polaroid back to test the lights.

Aww, I couldn't find any for the Yashica. Here's a site with backs for other brands. Maybe you can contact them and ask if one of the other brands will work or could be modified.

Oh yes, and they do make Polaroid 600 in B/W. Available on Amazon.com:
