I think that the human species just hasn't evolved far enough that we are totally hairless!

I don't think it's a bad thing to get rid of body hair--after all, swimmers shave/wax all hair to move faster through the water.

Hair is there for warmth. I don't see how the nearly invisible hair I have on places like my shoulders would keep me warm but that's what it's there for. It's not bad to remove it, millions of people do daily.

well if u r a gurl
u might want to get rid of it but the effect of it is that it will continually growing back and it would be darker and thicker hair

in times we were first walking up right, body hair was to keep insects and other varmints out of our neater regions. it is also believed that hair traps in body odor, which means pheromone city.

to protect us from harm. notice that the "more hairy" parts of our body protect those which are sensitive areas. for example, the hair in our head protect our brain. our eyelashes protect our eyes and so on. hair in our skin, i guess, protects us from dirt...

its for

a) helping keep us warm

and

b) keeps dirt and pollution and germs and stuff from getting into our skin...or to help prevent it
